Wright Medical Introduces the CONSERVE® Total Hip System with BFH® Technology
This area of our website is designed exclusively for patients who have an interest in Wright’s new BFH® technology.

Postoperative hip dislocation is a common problem after total hip arthroplasty. It is a fairly common late complication of polyethylene wear. The recent development of the CONSERVE® Total Hip w/BFH® Technology used in conjunction with the PERFECTA® RS femoral component were designed to address these hip dislocation problems. We believe that the system has quite possibly solved the long-term wear problems that have previously been associated with total hip arthroplasty by introducing this product by metal on metal articulation.

Learn about our new technology, find out if you are a candidate, read about pre- and post-surgery expectations, range of motion, advantages of this technology, cost of dislocation, and find a surgeon near you with our online physician locator.
