Partial Resurfacing with the CONSERVE® Implant
To treat patients with chronic hip pain, the first offering in Wright's LIFETIME SOLUTIONS™ plan is a simple, partial resurfacing (hemi-resurfacing) procedure performed with the CONSERVE® Femoral Surface Replacement Implant. 

This procedure does not invade the femoral canal and preserves the femoral head and neck. In addition, the acetabulum is left completely intact.  Many patients with partial resurfacing implants enjoy a pain-free life with increased activity levels for many years.
