Precision oblique radial shortenings in Kienbock's disease are made possible by utilizing an up-right saw guide which provides both 2.8 and 4.2 mm radial recessions.
The flared stainless steel plate conforms to the volar radius. Pass-Through™ plate benders allow for gentle plate contouring, and the narrow compression device permits smooth osteotomy apposition with the plate already in place.
