ADVANCE® Double-High Knee

The ADVANCE® Double-High Knee is based on all the same research, development, engineering, and manufacturing principles as the ADVANCE® Medial-Pivot Knee.

The main difference is this implant allows for the preservation of the posterior cruciate ligament (pcl).

In most cases, pcl preservation is evaluated and decided by the surgeon interoperatively.

The ADVANCE® Double-High Knee, by allowing this ligament to be retained (or saved), simply allows one more option in terms of treatment.
