- Maryville woman excited about total ankle replacement

April 27, 2012Maryville, Tenn. resident Cindy Moore and her orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Tracy Pesut at Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinic, were interviewed for an article on total ankle replacements that appeared in the Knoxville Journal. Moore previously had an ankle fusion on her right ankle and was not satisfied with the outcome. However, she was pleased with the results of the INBONE® Total Ankle System that Dr. Pesut implanted in her left ankle. For the first time in several years, Cindy is now able to move around without having to rely on a motorized scooter or wheelchair.
