Clinical Study Manager

Qualifications include: BS in Nursing or equivalent in a health/science related field, 3 - 5 years clinical trial experience, certification in Clinical Research preferred, experience providing project management and leadership to plan, prepare, and execute clinical projects, interfacing with the data management team, clinical research associates, clinical trial coordinators, field operation monitors, quality, regulatory, and functional management, and acts as a liason with site investigators and clinical site staff, timeline development, communication, and accountability of study outcomes and milestones to internal and external customers, sense of urgency, teamwork, initiative, interpersonal skills, problem solving.

Product Manager

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or Engineering. MBA strongly preferred. One to five years of experience required specifically in product management of medical devices. Experience in new product commercialization within the orthopedic market (including trauma and extremities products, total ankle replacement, and / or total joint replacement is highly desired. A high degree of initiative, interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, and analytical skills are required. Candidate should be customer focused with demonstrated ability to excel in a team environment. 30-40% travel required including weekends.

Field Marketing Manager

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, engineering or related field and three to five years experience in technical sales and/or marketing. This position requires excellent technical proficiency with joint replacement products. Must have demonstrated experience working with surgeons and hospital support staff in the operating room environment. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills a must. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, make critical decisions rapidly, and maintain composure in a stressful surgical environment. Field Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify new customers targets and to develop a customized training and support plan. Extensive travel required (50-60%) including some weekends.

Product Development Engineer

This individual's primary role is to creatively address project related design issues and lead development feasibility/concept work on new development projects. This position is responsible for the design conceptualization of new product ideas; creative problem solving; and facilitation of product development activities such as design and coordination of prototypes, evaluation of new concepts, solid modeling and drafting, participation in brainstorming and other team activities, and coordination of mechanical testing as required. Education: A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering is required; a Master's degree in engineering science or materials science discipline is optional. Additional education and knowledge in the fields of orthopedics, orthopedic research, biomaterials, experimental and analytical stress analysis, fatigue testing and teamwork will enhance the individual's effectiveness. Additional experience with mechnical design, product testing, materials, CAD/CAM, GD&T and manufacturing processes may be required. Experience: This individual should have a demonstrated ability to deal with abstract and conceptual design problems on a daily basis. This individual must be team oriented and demonstrate effective problem solving skills and creativity. Other experience to include: * Successful development experience in a new product development environment with progressive levels of accomplishments. * Excellent computer skills * Excellent mechanical design and creativity. * Demonstrated skill in innovative product design. Field Sales Manager - Latin America

Primary role is to provide education, technical support for surgeons and sales staff and work in collaboration with distribution sales networks in Latin America. Qualifications include three to five years of successful medical device sales and marketing, two years of sales management experience, preferably in an operating room setting with demonstrated progressive levels of accomplishment, knowledge of orthopedic products and procedures, Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven experience, extensive travel required 70%, leadership,excellent presentation skills, Spanish and/or Portuguese and English fluency both written and oral.
