Case No. 107 Fracture: Tibial Plateau
CASE STUDY | Pre-op radiographs.

Pre-Op

SIXTY-EIGHT YEAR-OLD FEMALE
with an isolated lateral tibial plateau fracture due to a fall down a flight of stairs. The joint depression was elevated and a lateral plate was used for fixation. The defect was filled by injecting PRO-DENSE® graft. At six weeks dense bone regenerate is apparent surrounding the residual graft (arrows).

At twelve weeks the majority of the graft has been replaced by dense new bone and the patient is weight bearing as tolerated.

CASE STUDY | Post-op CT scan; 6 week and 12 week follow-up radiographs.
