Case No. 108 Fracture: Tibial Plateau
CASE STUDY | 2 and 4 week post-op radiographs.

2 weeks
4 weeks

SIXTY-THREE YEAR-OLD FEMALE
presenting with an isolated tibial plateau fracture due to a fall from a ladder. Reduction was carried out with plates and screws and grafting with PRO-DENSE® graft. At four weeks the patient was toe-touch weight bearing, and by ten weeks was weight bearing as tolerated. The CT scan at ten weeks shows early filling of the defect with new bone.

The ten month image suggests that the new bone is continuing to remodel.

CASE STUDY | 10 week CT scans; 10 month follow-up radiograph.
