Case No. 405: Fracture: Tibial Plateau
CASE STUDY | Pre-op radiograph and intra-op fluoro showing defect.

fifty-three year-old female
with a Shatzker II fracture of the right tibial plateau. ORIF was carried out and the resultant metaphyseal defect was grafted with approximately 8 cc of PRO-DENSE® graft. At 10 and 14 weeks the graft shows resorption and dense bone regeneration with articular reduction maintained.

Currently the patient is weight bearing as tolerated.
