Case No. 407: Fracture: Tibial Plateau
CASE STUDY | Pre-op radiograph, and intra-op fluoro showing graft prior to definitive hardware placement.

twenty-five year-old male
with a Shatzker II fracture of the right tibial plateau. ORIF was carried out and the resultant metaphyseal defect was grafted with approximately 7cc of PRO-DENSE® graft. The one, three and six month radiographs show gradual incorporation of the graft with progressive bone remodeling.

The patient is back on his motorcycle.
