Case No. 507 Chondroblastoma: Talus
CASE STUDY | Pre-op MRI, 4 day and 5 week radiographs.

Pre-op   4 Days   5 Weeks

FIFTEEN YEAR-OLD FEMALE
presented with a chondroblastoma in the left talus. The lesion was filled with approximately 15 cc of PRO-DENSE® graft. The patient was non-weight bearing for 6 weeks and back to full activity by 3 months. Radiographs at 6 weeks show new bone formation and resorption of graft. At 6 months, the graft material was completely resorbed and replaced by new dense bone, with continued remodeling evident at the later follow-up intervals.

No complications were reported and patient was pain-free after surgery.

CASE STUDY | 3 month, 6 month, 10 month, and 13 month radiographs.
