Case No. 601 Fracture: Tibial Plateau
CASE STUDY | Pre-op and immediate post-op radiographs.

FIFTY-SIX YEAR-OLD FEMALE
presented with a Schtazker Type II proximal tibia fracture as a result of a pedestrian accident. The fracture depression was treated with 7 cc of PRO-DENSE® graft.

Radiographs at 12 weeks and 24 weeks show a consistent progression of graft material being replaced with new bone. At 6 weeks, the patient was on crutches. At 12 weeks, the patient was fully weight-bearing; ROM was 110° flexion. By 24 weeks, the ROM had increased to 125° flexion.

No complications were reported.
